We purchased a new home on the west side of Billings in May of 2007. After much consideration we decided we needed to purchase some new floor covering. We wanted to purchase the best at a reasonable price which involved some shopping around. After all the shopping we decided to make Northwest Flooring the company to buy from.

We were so fortunate to meet Angela. She helped us every step of the way. With all of her knowledge she helped to guide us in making decisions that best suited our needs.

We did have one problem with flooring in the kitchen and hallway. But when we called Angela and told her about it, she came to our house right away to check it out, had a service rep come and they decided they needed to replace it. We were so grateful it was not a long drawn out process. Since then we have purchased more flooring and we did not hesitate to go back to Northwest Flooring.
